4. REFUND POLICY — DIGITAL PRODUCTS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the digital nature of our products and the fact that digital materials may be accessed, copied, downloaded, or consumed immediately after purchase, all purchases from NØMAD ACADEMY are final and non-refundable once the digital product has been delivered or access has been provided.

We do not provide refunds because:

  • you changed your mind;
  • you no longer want the course;
  • you purchased the wrong course;
  • you did not complete the course;
  • you did not use the materials;
  • you expected different financial results;
  • you did not obtain clients, employment, sales, revenue, or business opportunities;

Exceptions Required by Law

5. DUPLICATE PURCHASES

If you accidentally purchase the exact same digital product more than once, contact us promptly with the relevant order information.

After verifying the duplicate transaction, we may refund the duplicate charge or provide another appropriate resolution.

This does not apply where separate purchases were intentionally made.

6. PRICING AND PAYMENT

Prices displayed on our website are shown in the currency indicated on the relevant product page or at checkout.

Prices may change at any time without prior notice. A price change will not affect an order that has already been successfully completed.
